We have put together a few questions you may have with answers below. If you do have any other questions feel free to email or whatsapp us.

I want to know when an Item will be in stock, how can I find out?

Not a problem, please send us an email or message via our social media page text us or whatsapp and we will advise. We check our stock levels daily and its good for us to be made aware of items you would like to purchase so we can prioritise restocking those for you.

I want to return an item how do I do so?

Sorry to hear that the item is not suitable, please email us at lolabellarose.giftco@gmail.com to start a return. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Do you have a shop we can visit?

We are an online business only and do not have a premises for you to visit. We add sizes and detailed descriptions for our items and if not satisfied you can return within the returns period, please refer to the return policy.

Can I click and collect?

I'm afraid we do not have this option available as we are online only we do not have the premises to facilitate this.

I have sent a message, when will I get a reply?

Please note our admin is done in the evening so you can expect a reply by the next day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch next working day and the speed of delivery then depends on whether you opted for standard or express delivery. Please refer to our shipping policy for costs and estimated delivery times.

 I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Yes that is not a problem, you have until 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and receive a full refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded but the full amount of the item will be refunded within 14 days upon us receiving back the goods in their original resaleable condition.
